Constructed of steel, this fire pit is susceptible to rust when exposed to outdoor conditions and high temperatures from the fire. The unique design allows for heat generation in the burn chamber that can reach over 1,200 degrees Fahrenheit. While we use high temperature heat resistant paint for our fire pits, there are no paints available that can withstand such extreme temperatures. Over time, these fire pits may show signs of rust, but this will not affect their performance.

The bottom of the fire grate in this fire pit is stitch welded in place to allow for flexibility, necessary due to the intense heat in the burn chamber. This flexibility may cause the fire grate to appear wavy, but this is normal and does not impact the fire pit's performance. It is recommended to use this fire pit outdoors only on hard, level surfaces, preferably on flat concrete pavers to prevent damage. When not in use, it is advised to cover the fire pit and store it in a dry location. Consult the owner’s manual for additional safety information.
